Corporate/Commercial Solicitor

A corporate/commercial solicitor is sought for a technically strong and tight knit team at a highly reputable legal 500 Worcestershire based law firm.

Our client is seeking to appoint a newly qualified – 3 years' post qualification experience corporate/commercial solicitor to join its steadily expanding team. You will work alongside corporate/commercial partners and solicitors in a supportive team on a full spectrum of transactional corporate and general commercial matters to include, but not limited to; acquisitions, disposals, restructures and commercial contracts.

This is the perfect department to join if you are looking to learn from technically strong individuals which will enable you to develop your skills very quickly. The firm itself offers a clear progression plan right the way through to partnership and is very good at recognising and rewarding hard work.
