Casualty EL/PL Paralegal - Top 50 Law Firm, Manchester City Centre, salary to £26K + excellent benefits package
Chadwick Nott have been instructed to find an experienced EL/PL Paralegal for a Top 50 Law firm based in their Manchester city centre offices. The salary will be dependent upon experience and will be to £26K.
The successful candidate will join the Casualty EL/PL team of this International law firm. Working on a varied caseload of EL/PL matters on behalf of the Insurer, you will find yourself dealing with a wide range of issues that will vary greatly in complexity and value. The team are looking for an ambitious individual who is keen to progress their career specialising in this area of insurance. To be successful you should have a minimum of 12 months experience dealing with EL/PL claims both pre and posted litigated. The firm would ideally prefer at least some defendant experience but will still consider strong claimant candidates also. You should have a strong academic background with a 2.1 on the LLB or equivalent and/or a commendation or above on the LPC. You should also be technically proficient and have a robust litigation stance.
