The Company:

  • A global financial institution that offers its clients a comprehensive range of products and services in capital markets, investment banking, structured finance and corporate banking.

The Role:

  • Reporting to the Head of Master Agreements & Derivatives, the lawyer will provide legal services to the capital markets business lines across all offices supporting the interest rate, fixed income and foreign exchange product lines, including the negotiation of derivatives documentation and other capital markets documentation.
  • Particular focus will be on the implementation of the firm's regulatory Margin Project, with primary responsibility for oversight across particular platform negotiations and completion of corresponding IM/VM collateral agreements and ancillary documents.

About you:

  • At least three years' experience with derivatives negotiations and collateral agreements.
  • Ideally have experience with FBF master documentation.
  • Some French language skills, however this is not a pre-requisite.
