Senior Litigation Solicitor

We are seeking a Senior Solicitor with circa 7 years+ PQE to work at the highest level in a well-established general litigation practice, managing a small but effective local team of lawyers.

The work covers a wide range of litigation, including the following work-types:

* Contract disputes
* Professional negligence claims
* Contentious probate - inheritance claims
* Property disputes
* Partnership disputes
* Company/commercial disputes
* Commercial debts
* Personal injury claims - claimant and defendant (not essential unless they have a following)

The successful candidate must be capable of functioning at partner level, thinking strategically about the work, as well as managing the local team of lawyers.
