Junior Disputes Associate, NQ-3

This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and growing disputes team based in London.  This five partner-led team holds an impressive wealth of experience of acting in complex and high-value litigation and arbitration, for large corporations and high-net-worth individuals, including acting in general commercial and contractual disputes, financial disputes, international arbitration, competition disputes, contentious insolvency, insurance and reinsurance disputes, trade, maritime and commodity disputes amongst others. The team also advise on some non-contentious and advisory matters.

The team homes an impressive array of quality lawyers from top firms, and the successful candidate will have gained between 1-3 years’ experience with a leading disputes practice, however, outstanding Newly Qualified solicitors will be considered. A strong academic record is a must, and the successful candidate will have achieved a minimum of a 2:1 from a Russell Group University.

You will have experience of working on high-value, complex cases, preferably with exposure to the High Court, or at least involvement in the procedural steps of live court cases.  The role would suit somebody who is confident, hardworking and determined, as whilst you will work closely with Partners and Senior Partners on larger cases, you will be given the opportunity to take more of a leading role on smaller cases.
