This international and well regarded law firm is looking for a clinical negligence solicitor within its defendant clinical risk team in Manchester.
The role involves handling a caseload of defendant clinical negligence work, this of course will include drafting witness statements, conducting negotiations and offering commercially sound legal advice to the clients.
This position is ideal for a solicitor (two years + PQE) who has either worked within defendant or claimant clinical negligence or potentially within defendant insurance law. However experience within a NHSLA panel firm would be extremely beneficial.
The position offers a very competitive salary along with a clear route of progression within a well-respected international firm.
