An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT trainer/service desk advisor to join a leading City based law firm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting users, responding to requests and day to day queries raised to the service desk. You will also be required to establish the IT training needs for the firm and deliver training courses to all users, both classroom based and one to one.
Day to day duties will include the resolution of service desk calls, passing calls to second line where appropriate and responding to face to face requests.
The role holder will need to be flexible in terms of working hours as you will participate in the on-call after hours rota.
Applicants will have ideally performed a similar role previously and will possess a solid technical background. Excellent communication skills are essential coupled with the ability to work well in a pressurised environment.
