Immigration Solicitor required for a niche mid tier law firm based in Manchester.
The role is for an experienced Immigration Solicitor to join a very successful and busy Immigration department of 5 caseworkers and support staff. You should have at least 3 years of giving Immigration advice. The work will be privately funded advice across a broad spectrum of Immigration issues. You must be accredited to Level 1 or 2 under the Law Society's IAAS or OISC.
The range of work you will be advising on will be issues such as applications for settlement, visa and asylum applications, appeals against the Home Office, challenging orders for deportation, bail applications for immigration detainees and family reunion applications.
