The successful candidate will be handling a varied caseload of EL/PL claims, with the chance to gain experience in abuse matters including historical sexual abuse and neglect claims, acting on behalf of charities and insurers.

Experience dealing with defendant claims is advantageous, but those from a claimant background will also be considered. The firm will also provide the successful candidate with invaluable training and support, as well as great scope for progression. 

Due to the nature and sensitivity of the abuse cases you will be dealing with, a compassionate and sympathetic nature is extremely important, as well as a genuine passion for this area of law.
