Commercial Litigation Associate 2-4 PQE

My client is a market-leading firm which attracts high calibre lawyers who are genuinely passionate about the work that they do. Their business approach is led by our desire to build long-term relationships with clients and we have an established client base which includes national charities, housing providers, local authorities, education establishments and commercial businesses.

I am looking for a Solicitor of around 2-3 years PQE to join their Corporate Litigation team to support on a broad range of commercial and property disputes. The team is flourishing and has grown over recent years as they are going through a sustained period of expansion. As a result, there are exciting opportunities to build and develop work in this area, and unusually high levels of responsibility and client contact.

The successful candidate will have previous commercial dispute resolution experience and will have proven skills in managing and resolving disputes commercially. An ability to develop successful client relationships and great client facing skills is also required.
