Client Details
My Guildford based client are multi servicing law firm offering personal and business legal services across a wide range of sectors and disciplines nationally.
Description
The Immigration team's work involves advising employers who wish to recruit overseas nationals, but also advise in relation to a range of personal immigration matters.
The successful Immigration Paralegal would have the opportunity to be involved in many aspects of UK immigration advice, EU free movement and nationality advice, with a particular focus on Tier 2 and business immigration.
The role encompasses the following:
Assisting with the preparation of immigration applications and documents for a range of immigration applications and completion of the relevant forms, such as
Tier 1 (General, Investor, and Entrepreneur)
Tier 2 (General and ICT)
Tier 4
European applications
Indefinite leave to remain
Nationality/naturalisation
Profile
My Guildford based client are seeking a specialist Immigration Paralegal (ideally OISC qualified but this is not essential). You will have completed the LPC and have had some exposure working on Immigration matters.
