This is an elite US law firm, seeking a securitisation/derivatives paralegal to join its practice for a fixed term contract (6-9 months) which has potential to become permanent.
Role
Due to a large increase in the volume of work, the team needs a paralegal, initially on a 6 month immediate start, to do a mix of securitisation and derivatives work, including working on CLOs. You will be involved in document processing as part of the securitisation process and will be taking instructions from associates and partners.
Requirements
- 2:1 from Russell Group University in Law or another degree combined with the GDL
- Straight 'A' grades at A level
- At least 1 year's experience in structured finance / securitisation / derivatives ideally or failing that, finance / capital markets experience
- Currently at a leading law firm
- Good availability to start
