Solicitor - Wills, Trusts and Estates

My client is a regional law firm with a strong presence across South Wales specialising in Property and Private Client work. The client now has an exciting opportunity within their expanding Private Client Department.

Within this role there are strong prospects for long term progression for the right candidate. You will be responsible for assisting the Partner and Associate fee earners as well as managing your own case-load of Private Client work. Duties with appropriate supervision, will include: Providing specialist advice on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Codicils, Powers of Attorney, Care for the Elderly, Trusts and Inheritance tax planning.

The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive of 2+ years PQE who must have experience in some or all of the areas of work outlined above especially elderly client work.
