West Midlands legal practice seeks Court of Protection Solicitor.

THE ROLE
You will be joining the firm’s Birmingham office and taking on a very busy caseload with a broad spread of instructions. As well as comprehensive experience in dealing with vulnerable clients, advising on the Mental Capacity Act, deputyship applications and financial provision, you will also be possessed of outstanding technical expertise. The firm is looking for an analytical and creative thinker who can devise bespoke solutions to complex problems, collaborate with and advise senior fee-earners across the firm, and mentor and train junior fee-earners. THE CANDIDATE
You will:-
Be a solicitor of at least 5 years’ PQE with excellent technical abilities;
Have recent experience in a similar role with a very well-regarded firm;
Have first-class communication skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in clear, accessible and empathetic language;
Be a real team player, flexible, adaptable and approachable.
