An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Contracts Paralegal to join our client's growing legal function. The role will involve reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad range of general commercial contracts, as well as providing legal and contractual advice and guidance to key stakeholders.

Specific elements of the role include: reviewing contract terms and conditions; contract risk analysis and avoidance; drafting bespoke contracts for services; negotiating with clients; advising on bid/tender documentation; ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines; and assisting with dispute resolution and litigation.

Applicants applying for this position must have at least one years' commercial contracts experience, ideally gained with a leading law firm or in-house department.
