Our client, a highly regarded international law firm is seeking an interim corporate tax lawyer to cover a fee-earners' maternity leave for 6-12 months. The role is due to start as soon as possible.
You will work very closely with the partner and a collaborative team and you will handle all aspects of corporate tax,provide support on tax research, drafting transaction documents (e.g. loan facilities, capital markets tax disclosures, tax indemnities) and preparing tax clearances for HMRC.
The successful individual is likely to be an NQ who has recently completed a seat in corporate tax at a leading City law firm, or 1+ PQE with recent UK tax experience gained at a Top 100 or international law firm.
