Company Commercial Lawyer

Our client seeks a company commercial lawyer to join their established, highly regarded in-house legal team on an initial 12 month maternity contract.

The role will assist in the delivery of a professional and value adding legal service with an emphasis on managing the contracts that underpin the organisations outsourced and procurement activities. The role will also have responsibility for a number of ad-hoc legal matters that may arise.

Ideally, you will be a generalist lawyer with a strong commercial background. It would be beneficial to have previous in-house experience but this is not essential. This is a 'hands on' role and would suit a solicitor who is happy dealing with a wide range of legal matters. You must be a skilled communicator and capable of interacting with the business at all levels.

The team are extremely personable and pride themselves on their approachability. Experience of the financial services industry would be an advantage.
