This is a leading US law firm with a thriving structured finance and derivatives department, currently seeking an NQ to 4 PQE Associate to join the team due to an increasing volume of work.
Role
Advising on a variety of finance matters, including securitisations, refinancings, restructurings, asset-based lending, covered bonds, derivatives and CLOs.
Requirements
- NQ up to 4 PQE with experience in securitisation
- Training or practising as a solicitor at a leading international firm
- Currently based in the UK or with at least one year's UK experience
Salary
£120,000 - £175,000 depending on experience level from 0 to 4 years' qualified.
