Commercial Contracts (Construction) Lawyer

A large City Council based in the South West of England is seeking a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to specialise in construction matters. Our client is offering an initial three month locum contract with potential for extension.

The successful candidates will carry a full caseload of construction matters and have strong experience handling, drafting and negotiating construction contracts. This role will also involve advising the Authority around current and proposed construction projects within the city.

Our client is particularly keen to speak with candidates that have previously worked within Local Government, although all candidates with the relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
