Corporate M&A Solicitor (2-5 PQE)

A leading US law firm is looking to hire a UK qualified corporate associate at the 2-5 postqualification level to take on a new position within their corporate team.

The department is market leading in both M&A an IPO work and has recently been instructed on a number of high profile mandates. This is a unique opportunity to join the firm and a growing and expansive team. The firm has an entrepreneurial culture and actively encourages associates to get involved in business development.

The new joiner will be working on cross-border M&A transactions, a number of IPOs and also gain exposure to deals with a restructuring element attached. Candidates that have good M&A and/or private equity experience are desirable due to the nature of the work this role requires. As this is a growing and vibrant team, the new joiner will genuinely enjoy working with and being part of a growing and progressive corporate practice.

Only those with stellar academics and experience gained at a Magic Circle, US or highly ranked firm within the corporate arena will be considered.
