Associate Property Solicitor

Our client are seeking an experienced and proactive Associate Property Solicitor to join their busy and expanding conveyancing team based in Maidstone. The role will entail dealing with a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, on a full time permanent basis. The firm is client focused and would suit an individual who is highly organised, disciplined and able to cope with volume work in a busy working environment.

This opportunity will allow the successful Conveyancer to manage and progress a full caseload which will consist of a variety of property transactions such as;

• Freehold and leasehold sales
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• Stamp Duty Procedures
• Title Checking
• Search reports
• Dealing with all matters from beginning through to completion.
