Commercial Litigation Lawyer - Northwest

A new opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Solicitor to join the commercial litigation team of a well-regarded law firm. To be based in their office in Manchester. Salary upwards of £40k.

Our client is a market-leading law firm, who act for a large number of household name insurer clients. They have an established Commercial Litigation team who resolve property and non-personal injury disputes including: policy disputes; property damage; subrogated recoveries; first party fraud; product liability; construction and engineering; and professional negligence claims amongst others.

Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an Assistant Solicitor to the Commercial Litigation team.

You will ideally have experience of commercial insurance litigation, but this isn't essential and they will consider applicants with more general commercial litigation experience. You will have a minimum of 3PQE in litigation gained with a reputable law firm, backed up by strong academics. You will be someone with a strong client care ethic and a commercial outlook. You will be an effective team player, as the role will initially involve supporting a lead fee earner(s) on complex claims, before assuming a caseload of your own.
