Residential Property Lawyer sought on a part time basis on the capital.
A relative newcomer to the legal market; our client is now recognised by clients and peers as a firm with significant expertise in a select range of practice areas, affording them a well-earned reputation and the ability to expand.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic Lawyer with expertise in Conveyancing to join our clients’ thriving practice in North London on a part time basis. Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, the successful Lawyer will become part of a CQS accredited department, handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases along with remortgages, transfers of equity and new builds. In addition, the ideal Lawyer will play an active role in business development, to ensure the further growth and success of the firm.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ PQE gained within a reputable practice.
You must have expertise encompassing all aspects of Residential Property transactional work.
You will be able to manage a full and varied caseload, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Additional experience in Private Client is desirable.
You will have first class client care and communication skills across all levels.
You will have an aptitude for business development.
