This is an exciting opportunity for a Chartered Legal Executive/ NQ solicitor to join my client's busy Real Estate team in the Bournemouth office. The team is dedicated to achieving the highest levels of service and client satisfaction and offer considerable experience at all levels while porividing a challenging and fulfilling environment for its employees.

The Real Estate team cover all aspects of legal business advice for Real Estate and Development clients.

The successful candidate would have the opportunity to manage their own case load and deal with all elements effectively including drafting client documentation and performing title checks for residential and commercial properties on purchase and remortgage matters. Clients include individuals, lenders, developers, landlords, relocation companies and mobile networks.

If successful you will be expected to assist in business development and so it is essential that you are confidient and eager to help the business grow.
