Defendant Personal Injury Paralegal

One of the regions leading law firms are seeking to employ an experienced Defendant Personal Injury Paralegal to join their expanding Personal Injury department at thier Derby office. After experiencing year on year growth and consistently securing new client business, this Legal 500 practice are in need of Personal Injury Paralegals to specialise in dealing with pre-ligated and litigated RTA files. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly-motivated individual to take the next step in their career and join a firm where there is clear career progression available, as this firm promotes from Paralegal to Qualified Solicitor internally, with the chance to deal with a challenging and stimulating caseload. Additionally, they are also offering an excellent basic salary with an achievable bonus structure and numerous benefits.

Skills and Responsibilities;

- Minimum of 6 months experience dealing with RTA files
- Ideally will have experience working with a Defendant caseload
- Preferably have experience handling a litigation caseload
- LLB and ideally LPC
- Excellent academic record
