A leading Worcestershire law firm are recruiting for a Senior Commercial Assistant to provide commercial support within their commercial division.

Our client is a leading Worcestershire law firm.
Description
The Senior Commercial Assistant will be providing senior level support to the commercial team and in particular will be reviewing various forms of commercial contracts and advising of any potential risks to the client. The role is largely due diligence based and would suit an individual who has previously worked in a commercial or corporate due diligence role.
Profile
As the Senior Commercial Assistant will be relieving the pressure from the wider team and will therefore not have to meet billing targets this role is ideally suited to a career paralegal or a paralegal who would like to advance their legal career down the Legal Executive route. It is essential that applicants are able to demonstrate a working knowledge of commercial contracts.
Job Offer
A salary of £30,000 - £35,000 is on offer as well as the necessary support to qualify as a Legal Executive.
