Funds Paralegal

A top international asset manager is looking for a funds paralegal to join their expanding in house legal team in London.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Reviewing and drafting complex financial documents.
• Adhoc negotiating with counterparties, legal research and preparation of client proposals.

You will be the sole paralegal within this team and there is scope for the remit of the role to widen as your experience grows.

The ideal candidate:

• You have top academics from a red-brick or Russell Group university, with a minimum of a 2:1 and completed your LPC.
• At least one year's experience in either a top private practice firm or in house within a financial services company.
