This leading global asset manager is looking for asset management lawyer to join its well-established legal team.
In this role you will be responsible for advising on all legal aspects of asset management work including distribution, regulatory, new business initiatives, product development and maintenance issues. Working closely with the business you will advise on a broad range of asset management related matters, as well as drafting and negotiating complex agreements including IMAs, side letters, custody agreements, terms of business etc.
You will have a minimum of 2 years PQE, trained and qualified at a top City law firm and have ideally gained some experience of asset management work via a secondment.
This role would suit a smart, commercially minded lawyer looking for their first in-house role in the asset management space.
