Our client is a very prestigious US firm with a highly regarded Corporate practice. It now seeks a dedicated Corporate PSL to join the team on a part-time basis (ideally 3 days a week).The role will encompass the normal range of KM and training.
The right candidate will have a City pedigree and experience of public company and M&A work. ECM exposure would also be advantageous. Happy to consider either existing PSLs or candidates who are currently fee-earning.
