IN-House Litigation Paralegal

My client is an independent regulator responsible for promoting high quality corporate governance within the financial services industry which is an independent disciplinary body for the accountancy and actuarial professions in the UK. They now wish to recruit a Legal Assistant to provide legal support on investigations and prosecutions.

The Role
This is a permanent position where you will provide support to the Lawyers and Forensic Accountants on investigations and prosecutions whilst collating and record case material, prepare bundles for case interviews/tribunal hearings and liaise with external advisers, including forensic accountants, experts and counsel

The Candidate:
To be considered candidates must have completed their LPC and or BVC. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar role with a regulatory/criminal enforcement body or a criminal or commercial litigation law firm.
