Our client, a multi-office Private Practice Law firm in West Sussex is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor join them at short notice to assist on a Locum basis.
The successful candidate will enjoy a variety of high quality Commercial Property work, including landlord & tenant, development and sales and acquisitions.
The firm are keen to recruit a Senior Commercial Property lawyer who is capable of working largely without supervision, however, full secretarial support will be provided.
This role is offering a competitive hourly rate and the firm are based within an accessible location and close to all major transport links.
This is a temporary position likely to last at least 3 months although the role maybe extended, subject to review.
