Our client is offering an experienced Lawyer an exciting opportunity to join its multi-office Legal 500 practice. Established over a century ago and located in a beautiful part of the South West, this firm strives to satisfy all their clients’ needs and deliver high quality advice and exceptional service. They are now looking for Property Lawyers to join their team.
The Role
Our well-regarded client is seeking to recruit candidates with excellent reputations as their Head of Property and Senior Property Lawyers, for their well-established Somerset office. The roles are offered on a full-time permanent basis suitable for applications from Solicitors and Legal Executives with between three or more years’ experience in property. The work will involve a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, help-to-buy, commercial leases, business acquisition and disposal, licenses and agreements. The position will be managing and improving the team’s performance and will require experience in business development. There will be a competitive salary package offered to the right candidate. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
You must have 3 or more years’ PQE.
You must have solid experience in residential and commercial property.
You will be able to manage and develop junior staff members.
You will have excellent client care skills.
You will have experience in marketing and business development.
