IPO Paralegal/Legal Assistant

An IPO Paralegal/Legal Assistant is required for a rewarding opportunity with an International law firm. The role will be based in Hong Kong and offers an excellent salary and benefits package.

This particular client has advised on some of the largest and most complex initial public offerings ever. They do also act for companies (of all sizes) and underwriters on smaller and midsized IPOs. Their IPO teams work closely with the Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance practices on IPOs in a range of industries on what can often be high profile, first-of-their-kind or cross border deals.

You will be a Paralegal with 2+ years of experience in IPO work. You will also possess Chinese language skills. To be considered at all for this role you will be in Hong Kong now and be available immediately or at least have only one month's notice.

This is a fantastic Hong Kong based IPO role offering an excellent salary and benefits package.

This role would suit a Paralegal or Legal Assistant who has a considerable level of experience in the IPO process as my client is perhaps considered the world leader in initial public offerings. As with all roles in Hong Kong you will be bilingual in both English and Chinese, so if you are in Hong Kong at the moment and available to start work immediately we need to talk today!
