Sole Paralegal - Financial Services

A major global provider of post-trade financial services is looking to recruit a paralegal into their legal team.

You will be supporting the lawyers in the UK Legal team and manage your own workload which will involve dealing with commercial agreements, corporate queries, regulatory research and other ad-hoc tasks. This is a unique role within financial services and requires a bright paralegal ready to work in a very highly regulated environment.

You will sit within a robust team of lawyers dealing primarily with UK Legal issues, and advising the wider business on common law implications. The firm encourages and invests in the training and development of all of its employees.

The successful candidate will fit seamlessly into an active hard-working team with a proactive attiude and problem solving mentality. It is expected that you should have excellent academics including a law degree and some in-house paralegal experience.
