Construction Litigation Solicitor

This Exeter based firm has an excellent reputation locally and nationally. Due to expansion they are now looking to add a construction litigator to their litigation department. 

You should already be a solicitor with 0-3 years experience within litigation.

It is not essential that you have construction litigation experience, although obviously this would be a distinct advantage! More general litigators, or newly qualified solicitors with an interest in specialising in construction litigation will be fully trained and supported in this niche market.
 
You will join this established department and advise on mainly contentious construction matters, but also non-contentious matters from time to time. You will advise local and national clients on a wide range of exciting projects including residential & commercial developments, options, site acquisition, procurement and negotiating contracts/agreements. You will work closely with the wider litigation team and your disputes will vary in complexity to include both adjudication and High Court actions. 
 
Excellent salary up to £42,000.
