Tors has a vacancy for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a long established law firm in Wiltshire.
You will have around 2 to 5 years post qualified experience and depending on your level of with deal with some or all of the following:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Joint Ventures
- Fundraisings
- Banking
- Private Equity and venture capital transactions
- Company law and constitutional advice
- General Commercial Agreements including supply agreements and standard terms
- Data protection
- Intellectual property matters
You will deal with good quality corporate and commercial work and need to demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a full time permanent position working in a Corporate Commercial team with 3 partners, an associate, 2 solicitors, a consultant and trainee and support staff in their Salisbury office.
