Paralegal- House Building, Glasgow

Leading Scottish law firm is looking to hire an additional specialist paralegal to join their market-leading House Building department based in Glasgow. The firm are interested in speaking with paralegals/ legal executives with house building, plot sales or general conveyancing experience. 

Role Profile:

• You will work as part of a team of Paralegals you will carry out the full spectrum of plot sales work.  In particular, you will prepare documentation for and settle plot sales transactions.  This position will require a high degree of contact with clients and other solicitors. 

Candidate Requirements:

• Ideally you will have significant experience in residential conveyancing paralegal work gained in a similar environment and a conveyancing paralegal qualification.  
• Importantly, you will be expected to apply your own legal initiative as an integral member of the team.  You will be a flexible, hardworking and well organised individual.  
• You must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external clients of all levels and enjoy a high level of client contact.
