Private Client Solicitor

Our client, ,an entrepreneurial firm based in South Manchester is known for providing an alternative to the large City Centre firms in a variety of legal areas, from small transactions to multi-million pound projects. With that in mind, a unique opportunity has arisen for a Senior Private Client Solicitor to head their litigation team.

As a Private Client Solicitor you will play a key role in promoting and growing the department as we as being responsible for a caseload in the full remit of Private Client matters, including:

• Wills
• Trusts
• Probate
• Estate Planning
• IHT matters
• Court of Protection and Deputyship matters
• Trusteeships

The ideal Private Client Solicitor will have at least 10 years' PQE* or equivalent with strong experience in the full remit of Private Client matters, including acting on behalf of High Net Worth Clients, as well as strong business development skills. STEP qualification is desirable but not necessary.
