I am seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal

My client are a progressive, entrepreneurial and forward thinking Manchester based firm, who are looking to expand their property team.

Your new role

The position will involve the Property Paralegal working on a broad range of Residential or Commercial Conveyancing matters such as sales and purchases of Freehold and Leasehold, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity and Lease Extensions.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have experience as a Paralegal or assisting Fee Earners for a minimum of 12 months'
