Belron International is the central support centre for the Belron group. The legal team that work for Belron International support the group functions and, also provide support to the local lawyers based in the Business Units worldwide. Belron International operates on a fully decentralised model which drives the approach of the Group Legal team including developing and sharing best practice.
ABOUT THE ROLE: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a mid-level lawyer to join Belron's legal team. Reporting to the Senior Group Legal Counsel, you will work on a variety of projects and support stakeholders in the following areas:
- Group Finance
- Group People & Leadership
- Group Digital & Innovative Technology
- Head of Facilities
The work will involve handling Finance, Commercial, Corporate and Digital & Innovative Technology legal matters as well as working closely with a number of different Business Units on a global scale.
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE: As a UK qualified lawyer, you will have 5 years PQE and ideally experience with a leading international law firm or multi-national. You will be based in the Group HQ in Surrey and have a pro-active, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial mind-set. As Belron continues to grow internationally, you will need to demonstrate your ability to work as part of an international team with a commercial and practical approach. A second major European language is beneficial as well as the desire to work on a wide variety of agreements.
