A top tier law firm seeks an experienced Conflicts Lawyer to join their growing team in the City.
The Conflicts Lawyer will be responsible for analysing new client instructions to assess whether any conflict of interest arise. The Conflicts Lawyer will work closely with Partners to assess current conflicts and pre-empt future conflicts as a result of complex multi jurisdictional transactions/matters.
The Conflicts Lawyer will have the skills and maturity to make important decisions in order to mitigate risk and ensure the firm is acting in accordance with its legal/regulatory obligations and internal policies.
