Childcare Lawyer

Our client is seeking a Childcare Lawyer to join their supportive and friendly team ideally on a full-time locum basis.

The ideal candidate will be either a qualified solicitor or barrister and will prior have experience of dealing with a busy caseload of childcare matters so will be able to hit the ground running in this role.

The childcare Lawyer will desirably have experience in conducting advocacy and managing childcare matters from start to finish.

Additionally you will have prior experience working within a Local Government, although experienced Childcare Lawyers from a private practice background are also encouraged to apply.
