A Legal PA is required to join one of the UK's leading Law Firms based in their Birmingham Office. This Legal PA role is working for a modern, diverse and forward thinking Law Firm, that offer a professional and supportive working environment. It is essential that you have prior experience in supporting Partners and Solicitors within Property Litigation as a Legal Secretary or Legal PA, to be considered for this vacancy.

The Property Litigation team provide a full UK Service within dispute resolution matters including acquisitions, asset management, development, due diligence, neighbour disputes, joint venture disputes, insolvency, agricultural law, judicial review, and a wide range of property litigation matters.

The Legal PA role will support a number of Partners and Solicitors within Property Litigation, this is a varied and demanding role including; liaising with team members, diary management, meeting arrangements, using outlook, preparing paperwork, travel arrangements, answering calls, email management, electronic filing, preparing presentations, drafting short and confidential letters, co-ordinating document production, opening client files, client checks, organising events, client updates, using InterAction for marketing and business development purposes, client projects, expenses, billing.

Requirements:
Legal PA/Secretary experience within Property Litigation
A flexible, adaptable approach to work
Able to work under pressure
Strong communication skills
Excellent Typing and IT skills
Extremely Organised
