Corporate PSL

Our client is a leading international firm seeking a Corporate PSL for a broad ranging role to include:

· Manage the know how database and provide the Corporate team with regular updates
· Create and maintain precedents and regularly update the team and produce guidance notes
· Produce corporate law bulletins
· Assist in the research, preparation and presentation of seminars and training workshops on a firmwide and departmental basis
· Co-ordinate Corporate Department education and training programme
· Provide internal counsel advice
· Carry out legal research for fee earners
· Liaise and share information with the firm's other PSLs and Information Services
· Training and development of junior legal staff

The role is on a full time or four day a week basis.
