This role will involve working with a highly-experienced Company Commercial Partner. You will deal with a broad range of quality matters including; Restructuring, Mergers, Acquisitions and sales of businesses and business assets, drafting and advising on all forms of commercial contracts. The client base will be varied and will include SME, National companies and HNW individuals.
* You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE (we urge even the most experienced solicitor to apply as they are making more senior hires).

* Based in Hampshire.
* Salary between £35,000-£40,000 with Excellent benefits.
