An international law firm with a fast growing corporate group.
THE ROLE
The London office now seeks mid/senior level Corporate Associates to join its International Corporate Group in London.
The Group offers a full range of specialist corporate legal services including M&A (public and private), equity capital markets, private equity/venture capital and joint ventures.
Much of the work is cross border and clients include those in IT, media, telecoms, energy, healthcare and utilities.
They range from technology-focused start-ups to established multinational blue chips, on an array of domestic and international transactions.
ABOUT YOU
With experience of a broad range of corporate transactions and company law including: M&A (public and private), equity capital markets, private equity/venture capital and joint ventures you will need to be highly motivated and keen to take responsibility.
With 3-7pqe you will have an excellent academic background and minimum 2:1 degree with experience gained from a Magic, Silver Circle or equivalent firm and have the desire to be working for a truly international firm.
