This is an excellent opportunity to join a well known national team to deliver a range of corporate governance solutions across a variety of prestigious not for profit clients.

In this newly created role you will:

• Build and establish strong relationships across a diverse and interesting client base including member bodies within the charitable sector.
• Promote opportunities around SITR, social investment models, community shares and crowd funding.
• Deliver advice to clients in pursuit of pragmatic solutions that build increasing client trust.
• Support and advice other fee earners.
• Support the team and firm in raising its profile in its specialist market places through appropriate business development activities.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Previous exposure to corporate and governance work.
• A collaborative approach combined with a level of comfort supervising more junior staff.
• The desire to develop strong technical legal skills and business skills.
• A natural rapport builder with the ability to inspire others.
• A self motivated and proactive approach.
