Residential Conveyancer

An experienced Residential Conveyancer is sought to join a well established conveyancing team at a well established law firm in Warwickshire . My client offers a very attractive salary and benefits package.

This role will involved handling your own caseload of sale and purchase files from instruction to completion. You must be able to work as part of a team whilst dealing with your own work with a level of autonomy. This firm has an excellent reputation in the local area and has been recognised for delivering a high standard of service to its clients.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in Residential Conveyancing and the ability to run their own conveyancing matters from start to finish. You will be given the flexibility to make your own decisions whilst being encompassed by a suitable support network from senior members of staff. It is paramount that you are an excellent communicator and have the ability to achieve fantastic results.
