Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Deputy Head

Are you looking to step up into a deputy head position?? This firm need you! 

This established Devon-shire firm have done an excellent job building their residential conveyancing department. The team is made up of a very experienced and well known head of department, and then more junior lawyers and support staff. 

They are now looking to add a mid-range qualified solicitor into the team, who will act as a deputy when the head of department is unavailable. 

It is a pre requisite that you have excellent residential property experience handling your own conveyancing caseload from instruction to conclusion.

Over and above this you will be keen to develop your managerial experience and supervise the team when necessary. Although some managerial experience would be ideal, it is not essential. For example, those who have previously only supervised support staff are encouraged to apply. 

This department already have strong work sources and therefore having local contacts, while helpful, is not essential. By joining this firm you will be introduced to some major work referrers and be responsible for nurturing those relationships in order to continue future business. Therefore relocators looking to move to Devon will be considered.
