Legal Counsel – Retail
Rullion have currently partnered with a well-known retailer in their search a Legal Counsel. You will be part of a small team covering a broad range of commercial/ IP /IT and Data Protection matters.
My client is a recognised Global Luxury brand, there is a strong element of international exposure with this position.
- Responsibility of drafting and advising on commercial contracts- IT/E-Commerce
- Handle a wide range of commercial contracts- including SAAS agreements, marketing agreements, distribution agreements
- Responsible for the website T&C’s, privacy policies
- Handling all data protection and ensuring the business is set up for GDPR
Ideal candidate;
- UK Qualified Solicitor
- Ideally worked within a retail In-house legal team but other sectors will be considered
- Broad commercial expertise – including commercial contracts, IT, advertising, consumer, marketing
- Pragmatic, adaptable and personable.
- Excellent drafting skills
- Solid experience of Data Protection, Privacy, IP and Consumer Law.
